Charting Your Cycle
At Pearl, we identify root causes by evaluating your health—understanding cycles, visualizing anatomy, and conducting blood work. Our goal is to RESTORE your health and optimize fertility.
The
first step is
charting your cycles.
The 5th Vital Sign
Why chart your cycles?
What can you chart?
Your cycle is more than just menstruation.
By tracking key biological markers, charting identifies fertile and infertile phases, enabling personalized insights into health and fertility. Charting empowers individuals to understand their reproductive health through detailed observation of cycles. Our supportive approach fosters awareness, allowing couples to make informed decisions about family planning and wellness.
Fertility Awareness-Based Methods
There are several evidence-based methods shown to be effective for family planning and monitoring hormone health. We offer trained educators in the Creighton Model as well as FEMM model.
Creighton Model Charting
Creighton Model charting helps women monitor their reproductive health by tracking cervical mucus as the primary biomarker of fertility. An instructor will walk you through the process for checking mucus observations and documenting them accurately. They will teach you important observations to make that will aid in medical evaluation if necessary. Instructions for family planning purposes may also be provided if needed.
NaProTechnology medical evaluations and treatments are based off of the Creighton Method of charting.
FEMM Model Charting
FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) charting helps women track their cycles by using cervical mucus and/or urinary hormone strips as the biomarkers for fertility. This method comes with a user-friendly app. An instructor will teach you how to make observations and document them accurately. They will also teach you instructions on how to use the method for family planning purposes if desired.
FEMM Health medical evaluations and treatments are based off of the FEMM method primarily.
